Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Watch in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare and laboratory location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support controlled entry to restricted and sensitive areas. Prepare clear, timely reports on daily activities, incidents, and policy-related concerns, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
