Logistics Coordinator (m/f) 100% / CDD

Overview For our client in the Biel/Bienne region, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support logistics and warehouse operations in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Receiving Activities - Coordinate the timely and compliant receipt of incoming shipments. Verify received goods against purchase orders, packing lists, and shipping documentation. Ensure visual inspections of finished goods are performed and report any damages or discrepancies. Organize and label storage locations according to company standards. Collaborate closely with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient receiving processes. Warehouse & Material Handling Activities - Support outbound operations in accordance with company procedures and policies. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks. Support general warehouse activities and contribute to operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or a related field. Good organizational and coordination skills. Ability to work accurately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Experience with inventory management and warehouse processes is an advantage. Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems are beneficial. Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement. Good command of English; additional languages are an asset.
