Membership Sales Advisor

The Membership Sales Representative plays a key role in growing our wellness community by connecting prospective members with the programs, services, and support available at Baptist Health/Milestone Wellness Center. This position is responsible for generating leads, conducting tours, enrolling new members, and building lasting relationships that promote member engagement and retention. Our Membership Sales Representatives inspire others to live healthier lives through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Generate and develop leads through outreach, referrals, community engagement, and prospecting efforts. Conduct informative and engaging tours that showcase the value of Milestone's programs, services, and amenities. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective members throughout the sales process. Respond promptly to phone, email, web, and walk‑in inquiries. Schedule and conduct membership consultations and tours. Present membership options and pricing in a professional and consultative manner. Enroll new members and accurately complete all required membership documentation. Build and maintain relationships with prospective, new, and existing members to support retention and referrals. Achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales and retention goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, member interactions, and commission reports. Collaborate with all departments to ensure a positive member experience. Represent Baptist Health/Milestone Wellness Center professionally and consistently uphold our mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience. Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals in a results-driven environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Proficient in basic computer applications and customer relationship management systems. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
