HR Coordinator - Absence & Disability Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Day to day absence management functions.
Interaction with our vendors, United Review, MetLife and Liberty Mutual.
Corresponding with employees and managers on status of leaves, time coding questions, etc.
Computer savvy, able to navigate excel and assist with improving current processes
Assist with consolidating information from existing records into new file feed format
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
Must have strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
Must be organized, high-energy and have a strong attention to detail
