- Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP from timekeeping through reporting.
- Review, reconcile, and resolve payroll discrepancies, timecards, and employee pay changes.
- Maintain employee payroll records, tax withholdings, deductions, and compliance requirements.
- Support payroll reporting, audits, W-2 processing, and labor cost allocations.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support onboarding/offboarding activities.
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience.
- Strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and payroll workflows.
- Knowledge of federal and Connecticut payroll, tax, wage, and leave regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience reconciling payroll reports and data.
