Job Description:
Responsible for paying the monthly, quarterly and annual state assessments.
Maintain state reporting database that contains details of assessments.
Maintain the Plan-to-Plan (P2P) payments
Prepare check requests to various providers
Prepare journal entries to record P2P activity
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
Prepare monthly intercompany settlements.
Prepare statutory quarterly and annual statements.
Perform special projects as needed. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years' accounting experience
*Must be detail oriented
*Keen analytical skills and very detail-oriented.
*Ability to work independently and multi-task.
*Clear, concise written and oral communication with good grammar and word choice.
*Ability to read and interpret financial reports.
*Intermediate to Advanced MS Word and Excel knowledge.
