This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy solving problems, working with machinery, and making an impact on production, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair production equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on machines and facility systemsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issuesRepair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and drivesRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentsComplete work orders and maintenance records accuratelySupport production teams during equipment changeovers and breakdownsFollow all safety, GMP, and lockout/tagout proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaHelp identify and implement equipment improvementsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, or a regulated environmentStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, and production equipmentBasic PLC troubleshooting experience preferredExperience with SAP or other maintenance management systems is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 55 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the shiftComfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsAbility to wear required PPEWhy Join Us?Competitive pay: $24.00 - $31.55/hour Multiple shift options available 4-day weekday schedule or 3-day weekend schedule Stable, full-time employment Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment Career growth and development opportunities
