Pay Range: $126880 - $145912/hour.  

Additional Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Labor & Delivery.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and positive patient experiences.
• Lead recruitment, mentorship, staff development, and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital standards.
• Monitor departmental performance and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, nursing leaders, and hospital leadership.
• Manage staffing, departmental resources, and budget for efficient operations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• BSN – Required
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field – Required
• 10+ years of Labor & Delivery clinical experience
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership/management experience
• Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications – Required
• Additional maternal/neonatal certifications – Preferred
