Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in delivering quality maintenance services, maintaining community standards, and providing outstanding resident support.
Position Responsibilities- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform general apartment maintenance, including:
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Appliance diagnostics and repairs
- Carpentry, drywall repairs, and general building maintenance
- Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparations
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming community environment
