Operations Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire an Operations Analyst to work for a large financial service client. This position is onsite Monday - Thursday (remote on Fridays) and will be responsible for supporting account operations, client onboarding, and account maintenance activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple workflows while ensuring a high level of accuracy and client service.

Responsibilities:

• Process client documentation and maintain account records in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

• Support new account onboarding and account setup activities

• Perform account re-documentation and account review activities to ensure client records remain current and compliant.

• Review and process casework within workflow management systems

• Manage a queue of assigned cases, prioritizing work effectively and maintaining consistent follow-up until each case is resolved.

• Conduct case reviews and validate supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Assist with data cleanup initiatives, record maintenance, and updating client information within CRM and internal systems.

• Track client account activity and documentation status

• Meet department productivity and service level expectations while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proactively monitor assigned work queues and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
