Office Manager

Rozario Touma, P.C.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensure efficiency across departments, and support attorneys and staff in maintaining a professional and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative staff
  • Oversee scheduling, office procedures, and workflow coordination
  • Handle facility management
  • Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records
  • Coordinate billing support
  • Maintain confidential client and firm information
  • Support and manage attorneys with administrative and operational needs
  • Ensure the office maintains a high level of professionalism and organization

Qualifications:

  • Prior office management experience, preferably in a law firm or service relation
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with legal billing software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
