Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensure efficiency across departments, and support attorneys and staff in maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative staff
- Oversee scheduling, office procedures, and workflow coordination
- Handle facility management
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Coordinate billing support
- Maintain confidential client and firm information
- Support and manage attorneys with administrative and operational needs
- Ensure the office maintains a high level of professionalism and organization
Qualifications:
- Prior office management experience, preferably in a law firm or service relation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Experience with legal billing software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
