You'll handle cases from inception through resolution, including:

Early case assessment and coverage coordination

Managing complex discovery

Depositions of professionals and expert witnesses

Dispositive motion practice

Mediations and trial preparation

These are nuanced cases requiring strategic thinking - not volume file handling.

What They're Looking For

5+ years of litigation experience

Experience in professional liability, E&O, or complex civil defense preferred

Strong analytical and writing skills

Ability to manage files independently

South Carolina Bar admission

Experience defending design professionals or legal malpractice is a plus but not required.
