About the Role
Our firm is recruiting on behalf of a leading global consumer packaged goods company known for its portfolio of household food brands and commitment to innovation, collaboration, and employee development. We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume talent acquisition team and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
This is a temporary contract position based onsite at the client's corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and enjoys building relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and business stakeholders. Job Description
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will serve as a key partner to recruiters and hiring teams by coordinating interview logistics and supporting the end-to-end hiring process. You will act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from interview scheduling through pre-boarding.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual, onsite, and travel-related interview scheduling for candidates and hiring teams
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Manage verbal and written communications with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, and external partners
• Support pre-employment processes, including background check coordination and hiring contingencies
• Facilitate interview-day logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Track candidate workflow activity and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems and other business tools
• Partner closely with recruiters and talent acquisition leadership to support hiring strategies and execution
• Assist with pre-boarding activities and new hire onboarding preparation
• Generate reports and maintain recruiting data as needed
• Support special projects and additional talent acquisition initiatives

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Experience managing calendars, interview scheduling, and coordinator-level scheduling activities
• Strong customer service and customer operations experience with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience working with database systems and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to troubleshoot scheduling, candidate, and process-related issues effectively
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
• Demonstrated ability to work with a bias for action in a high-volume environment
• Ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, leaders, and third-party vendors at all levels
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or hiring teams
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience coordinating background checks and other pre-employment activities
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting, Workday HCM, or other Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
• Experience using recruiting, scheduling, or workforce management software
• Previous experience coordinating interviews and supporting high-volume hiring initiatives
• Additional customer service, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition coordination experience
