Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Wed 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Thu 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store team members by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe customer and vendor activity, and support loss prevention awareness by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
