What You’ll Be Doing Monitor & Analyze Website Performance: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, and other platforms to track traffic, user behavior, and keyword rankings. Conduct Technical SEO Audits & Implement Fixes: Identify on-page and technical issues, working closely with our development team to improve site performance and rankings. Optimize Website Content for Search & Conversions: Develop and refine keyword-rich content strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices. Develop & Execute SEO Strategies: Create tailored SEO plans that align with client objectives, incorporating keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical enhancements. Report & Communicate SEO Performance: Generate detailed reports with qualitative and quantitative insights, providing clear action plans for continuous improvement. Stay Ahead of SEO Trends: Keep up with Google’s algorithm updates, industry best practices, and new digital tools to ensure our strategies are always one step ahead. Enhance Tracking & Reporting Tools: Continuously improve data tracking and reporting to provide better insights and results for both clients and internal teams. Collaborate with Developers & Marketing Teams: Work directly with internal teams to ensure SEO strategies are implemented effectively across all digital touchpoints. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of implementing successful strategies. Fundamental understanding of SEO principles and why they matter in digital marketing. Data-driven decision-making skills , with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track performance and make strategic recommendations. Strong content optimization skills , with the ability to write or refine keyword-focused content that aligns with business objectives. Experience in keyword research using tools like SEMrush or similar platforms. Technical SEO knowledge , including site audits, structured data, page speed optimizations, and indexing strategies. Strong communication skills – you’ll be presenting insights and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders. A passion for continuous learning in an ever-changing industry.
