Job Description Newborn Care Expert/Overnight Doula - location: Boston and surrounding areas Our award-winning agency has been a leading parenting resource for nearly two decades. We are seeking experienced and compassionate Postpartum Doulas to join the Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny team of caregivers. Our Doulas provide personalized, one-on-one care for newborns and their families in the comfort of their home. This role helps to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the baby and provide support, education and guidance for new parents. Qualifications: • Min 5+ years' experience caring for newborns • Knowledge of AAP newborn care techniques and practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision • First Aid and CPR certification • Must be available to work overnights and a minimum of 3 overnights a week If you are interested in joining one of the most respected companies in the industry, please submit your resume and cover letter. \nCompany Description We have been in the Boston area for over 10 years!
