Project ManagerLocation: Lakewood, WAPosition Status: Full Time, HourlyPosition Location: OnsiteSalary: $25 to $30 Depending on ExperienceAbout The PositionA Project Manager at Print NW oversees projects from beginning to end and serves as a key link between customers, Sales Representatives, and Production teams.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are metWork closely with Sales and customers to understand project requirements and expectationsCoordinate with Production to ensure projects move smoothly through the manufacturing processTrack project details, schedules, and information using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programsKeep customers and Sales Representatives informed of project status and respond to questionsSend and obtain approval on proofs before productionIdentify potential issues early and communicate solutionsMaintain accurate project information and documentationOther duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without noticePosition RequirementsEducation:High school diploma or equivalentRelated Experience:Previous commercial printing experience is requiredPrevious project management, customer service, or production coordination experience preferredRequired Competencies:Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing data, maintaining spreadsheets, and tracking project informationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and OneNoteHigh level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and attention to detailReliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and being a team playerAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyPhysical Demands:Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and other computer-related tasksExtended periods of sitting while working at a computer workstationPeriodic standing and walking to engage with team members and collaborate across departmentsOccasionally required to lift and move materials, products samples, or equipment weighing up to 25 poundsBenefitsHealth Benefits401k MatchPaid Holidays and VacationOngoing Training and Coaching OpportunitiesA rewarding and supportive culture that promotes a healthy work/life balancePrint NW: is the largest commercial printer in South Sound and the seventh largest in Washington State.
