Technician - Level 1

This Technician role performs preventive maintenance and makes repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. The fleet includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment, and specialty lines such as large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil & gas equipment. Education or Experience High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired 1 to 3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas equipment) strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities May need to provide own tools of trade Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs Physical demands of the role include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with work performed indoors or outdoors as required by the job. Base Pay Range: $18.99 - $26.11 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
