Police Dispatcher for AI Model Training [Remote]

Coordinate, prioritize, and resolve high-stakes emergency communications across multiple channels while contributing your real-world expertise to training next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on accurate incident intake, triage, and routing according to standardized protocols, and on providing domain-specific feedback that improves AI model behavior. Prior AI experience is not required, domain knowledge in emergency dispatch is what matters.

• Receive and process incoming requests and incidents using multiple communication channels, such as radio, phone, and digital platforms.
• Apply standardized protocols and checklists to gather required information, assess urgency, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Prioritize and triage multiple concurrent requests, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Coordinate and route requests to appropriate field resources and external agencies following established procedures.
• Deliver clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communications in all interactions and record-keeping.
• Participate in continuous review and feedback cycles to refine standard operating procedures and to improve AI training datasets.
