Senior Solutions Consultant

To support the North America Strategic Accounts organization, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant will lead the strategy and technical execution of AI-powered customer experience solutions for high-profile enterprise clients, building trusted relationships and driving revenue growth in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery engagements to uncover customer priorities and transformation opportunities Own the technical strategy and solution recommendations, translating complex requirements into clear architectures and business outcomes Build trusted relationships with enterprise architects and senior leaders to connect technology strategy with business outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in solutions consulting or a similar technical role Proven experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and navigating multi-stakeholder decision processes Strong understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience applying prompt engineering techniques Experience designing customer journeys or automation within contact center or customer experience environments Technical foundation in APIs, cloud architectures, and modern application development practices
