Event Coordinator Responsibilities 70% Responsible for safety, security, customer meet/greet, hospitality, catering services, facility management, meeting room readiness, and daily AV operations Maintain event equipment, supplies, and props Proactively contact and respond to event owners about their responsibilities and next steps Operations Coordinator Responsibilities 30% Work with facilities management to ensure the Experience Lab and main lobby meet appearance expectations, cleanliness, and functionality Promote positive culture that encourages and ensures staff engagement by coordinating food giveaways, anniversaries, and acknowledgment celebrations Assist with mail room activities such as printing, mail prep, and distribution Willingness to travel up to 10% Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 3 years of related experience Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
