Director of Security

Leading the security organization, the full-time remote Sr. Director of Security will set and deliver the security strategy for an AI-native SaaS platform, managing teams focused on Application Security, Infrastructure Security, Detection & Response, and GRC while collaborating with executives to integrate security as a competitive advantage. Key responsibilities Set the vision and roadmap for security, ensuring alignment with AI features and enterprise customer needs Own and evolve the risk management program, identifying and mitigating enterprise risks while communicating effectively with the executive team Lead a high-functioning Detection & Response program, managing incident response, bug bounty triage, and systemic fixes Required qualifications Extensive experience leading security teams in SaaS product companies with modern tech stacks Deep expertise in at least one security discipline, such as Application Security or Detection & Response Strong background in risk management and the ability to communicate complex technical risks to executives Proven track record of driving change management across organizations and influencing executive decision-making Experience in building and managing diverse, high-performing engineering teams with a focus on inclusivity and psychological safety
