Sr. Lead Software Engineer - Java/AWS

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Formal software engineering training or certification, plus 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, Spring Flux, and Spring Security
• Web UI development experience using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Relational database development skills, including SQL and data modelling
• Experience designing and building applications natively on AWS and working with CI/CD pipelines, including AWS Lambda, AWS ECS, S3, Aurora, and API Gateway
• Experience in high-availability development and architectural practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven technical leadership background
• Preferred: experience in reactive programming
• Preferred: experience in DevOps
• Preferred: experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Preferred: financial services experience, including knowledge of investment securities
• Preferred: exposure to Atlassian tracking, collaboration, and code quality tools
