Make an Impact – Help keep financial operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly. WHAT YOU'LL DO Process customer invoices, post payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with collections. Process vendor invoices, maintain accounts payable records, and prepare payments. Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and assist with month-end accounting activities. Prepare accounting reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for management and year-end reporting. Maintain organized financial records while supporting audits and other accounting projects. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer invoicing, and payment posting. Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial records. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment. Occasionally lift or move files and office supplies up to 20 pounds.
