Position Summary

Ensure the smooth flow of the day-to-day administrative functions of an executive office by assisting management in any function necessary while maintaining a professional and confidential attitude. Interfaces with EVP Performance Foodservice, as well as other senior management personnel, and co-workers. Functions as a team member within the department and cross-functions, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as suppliers and customers, to coordinate a variety of executive meetings.

• Create presentations, reports and forms using personal computer as requested by management.

• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.

• Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management, as needed.

• Travels periodically based on event coordination needs.

• Performs other duties as assigned
