Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for full‑cycle recruiting, coordinating pre‑employment screening processes, onboarding documentation, and other human resources administrative duties as assigned. This position plays an integral role in the employee onboarding process. Essential Responsibilities Review applications and communicate with candidates for various operational positions. Administer onboarding paperwork during new hire orientation and training sessions. Communicate with operational supervisors regarding pre‑employment screening, onboarding documentation, and hiring processes. Coordinate random testing programs for field employees in accordance with company policies. Assist with maintaining employee records and human resources filing systems. Organize and attend career fairs and recruiting events as needed. Qualifications / Education / Experience At least one year of administrative or clerical experience required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheet software. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
