Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: Tulsa, OK Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing healthcare organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership teams, providing guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, HR compliance, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders and managers to support workforce planning and organizational objectives. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, HR policies, and employment law compliance. Conduct and support workplace investigations, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions. Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and projects. Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to support strategic business goals. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational employment regulations. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience. Strong employee relations and investigative experience. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Experience supporting healthcare or multi-site organizations. Experience working closely with leadership teams and department directors. Compensation Starting Salary: $62,171+ annually (Compensation may be higher based on experience and qualifications.)
