Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tulsa, OK for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing and enhancing employer branding strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach to attract top talent and elevate the organization’s recruiting capabilities. Qualifications Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting processes Experience in developing and executing Employer Branding strategies Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities 5+ years of previous experience in talent acquisition Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus (preferably ADP Workforce Now) Compensation - 65k-75k Benefits (summary) Medical Plans with no cost employee only options #J-18808-Ljbffr
