Director of Sales
Place
Summary
Director of Sales - Brick & Banister Real Estate Co. Most sales job postings lead with vague promises about a dynamic environment, competitive splits, and a growth mindset. We would rather be direct about what this role actually involves. The Role Your primary responsibility is to sell homes. You will create and manage your own pipeline, develop your own opportunities, and close your own business in a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential-and no guaranteed income. Leads are not handed to you, and this is not a role for someone looking to wait for opportunities to appear. You will also mentor newer agents as they develop the skills and confidence to operate independently. The objective is to help them become capable, self-sufficient professionals-not to make them dependent on you indefinitely. If you want to be permanently needed, this may not be the right position. How We Approach Sales We do not view the market as the primary obstacle. We believe the agent's approach is what matters most. Interest rates, timing, and inventory can quickly become excuses when an agent stops asking meaningful questions. We are looking for someone who continues asking, investigates what is truly influencing a client's decision, and takes responsibility for the result rather than blaming the market when a transaction does not close. What You Will Have Access To Coaching from Amy. Participate in daily live coaching through Power-Up, receive direct feedback on active transactions, and work within a team culture grounded in the GROWTH framework: Grit, Results, Only Leaders, Wealth Building, Teamwork, and Humility. The PLACE platform. Use an integrated system for CRM, marketing, transaction management, and lender connections-resources that could otherwise require tens of thousands of dollars to develop independently. Requirements An active real estate license in either Minnesota or Wisconsin. Compensation and Expectations We will not make income promises. In a commission-only role, no one can honestly guarantee what you will earn, and we will not suggest otherwise. We can tell you that our team has closed more than 1,000 transactions. The agents who build lasting businesses here consistently do the same things: show up, take ownership, and do the work. If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, let's talk.
