The incumbent services as the liaison for Training, TE Civil Rotation Program, Employee Engagement, Property Control, Work Plans, and Utilities. The incumbent is responsible for activities, policies, and management of the District's Employee Engagement Office, managing, monitoring, and tracking the completion of training, assists in administering the TE Civil Rotation Program, overseeing property control, and facilitating the installation and billing of utility services. The Administrative Services Analyst works very closely with the Supervisor I in developing and implementing internal and external partnership engagement programs and activities.
