Operations Advisor Management Specialist/Analyst

We are actively seeking an Operations Advisor Management (OAM) Specialist for our multi‑life/executive benefits Life OAM team. This hybrid role is based in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. Responsibilities Consistently meet standards for quality and efficiency in call, email, and correspondence handling for assigned financial professionals and firms. Use diagnostic skills to identify customer core issues and anticipate needs; clearly explain rationale behind procedures or requests. Analyze escalated case submissions, review necessary resources, and monitor status of issue resolution to ensure correct processing. Communicate outcomes to requestors and provide consultations for financial professionals submitting first‑time or complex business to ensure post‑issue NIGO resolution. Provide high‑level support to a block of insurance firms, cultivating relationships that maintain trust and growth opportunities within the corporate life insurance market. Qualifications & Requirements Series6 license required at the time of application. Minimum 2years of CMD Operations experience, ideally focused on communication and service support with customers. 4‑year degree or equivalent experience. Advanced understanding of CMD annuity and/or life products, workflow processes, procedures, and Operations services. Strong relationship‑management skills and a commitment to delivering stellar service to customers. Excellent research, analysis, and problem‑solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues effectively. Strong, effective, and efficient verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage high‑volume, fast‑paced assignments under tight deadlines while balancing accuracy, speed, and customer service. Team‑player who works effectively in a collaborative environment. Preferred Experience Experience administering corporate‑owned (COLI) and corporate‑sponsored life insurance plans and policies. Knowledge of life products, processes, and transactions; confident speaking with internal and external customers, including participation in conference calls with producer offices and leadership. Direct interaction with financial professionals and insurance firm leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Customer Relationship Management platform, AWS, and workflow‑management platforms. Position Level & Compensation The salary grade for this position is based on experience and qualifications and will fall within either the110H(Specialist) or111H(Analyst) grade level. The base pay range is $33.58–$41.04 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, and most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
