IT Project Coordinator (Hybrid) | 12-14 Month ContractTulsa, OK

$45.00/hr

We’re seeking an organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support a major integration modernization initiative. In this role, you'll work alongside senior project leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to help migrate critical integrations from a legacy platform to a modern enterprise solution.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Duration: 12-14 Month Contract

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Senior Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale IT modernization program.
• Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to help ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support integration assessments, migration planning, testing efforts, deployment readiness, and post-go-live activities.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and governance sessions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document key decisions, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.
• Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to leadership in a timely and professional manner.
• Help maintain project documentation and ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting IT, technology, software, or business transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
