Program Administrator US-NY-New York Job ID: 2026-15570 Type: School of Professional Studies (CP1108) # of Openings: 1 Category: Academic Program Support New York University Overview The Division of Programs in Business at the NYU School of Professional Studies (SPS) is seeking a Program Administrator who will manage day‑to‑day administrative functions of the Integrated Marketing and Communications continuing education program(s) and special projects, and develop relationships with corporate/executive/trade partners and potential partners. The role includes assisting with the development of continuing education (CE) program office policies and procedures, overseeing CE adjunct faculty appointment and payment, resolving faculty issues, addressing NYUSPS policies and procedures, course scheduling, and course preparation. The candidate will analyze faculty and course data, produce detailed reports, and recommend course and faculty needs across the CE programs. The role also involves collecting and analyzing student feedback data to determine student satisfaction, advising students on curriculum requirements, course selection, registration, and career exploration, planning and implementing special student programs such as prospective student outreach events and new student orientations, and attending school and university‑sponsored marketing events to promote programs. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day administrative functions of the Integrated Marketing and Communications CE programs. Develop relationships with corporate, executive, and trade partners. Assist in creation of CE program office policies and procedures. Oversee adjunct faculty appointments and payments. Resolve faculty concerns and address NYUSPS policies, scheduling, and preparation matters. Analyze faculty and course data, generate reports, and recommend needs. Collect and analyze student feedback data to gauge satisfaction. Advise students on curriculum, course selection, registration, and career paths. Plan and implement special student programs and orientations. Attend marketing events and information sessions to promote programs. Qualifications Education — Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Experience — 3+ years relevant experience, including planning and implementation of administrative activities. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities — Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; strategic and tactical thinking; adaptability in a changing environment; creative problem‑solving; marketing program abilities; and interaction with individuals at all levels. In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to $77,999.99.
