Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to plan, govern, and report end-to-end testing for enterprise applications and integrations. You will bridge business requirements with technical validation, supervise other testers, ensure traceability from requirements to tests and defects, and provide release-readiness insights. You may also review and write automation code as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for programs, releases, and production-readiness initiatives; develop test strategy, scope, criteria, schedules, and execution plans.
• Manage testing teams, review artifacts, mentor testers, enforce QA standards, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements (BRDs, FRs, user stories, acceptance criteria) to create test scenarios, cases, data, and automation candidates; ensure complete traceability.
• Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Suites, Test Cases, configurations, test runs, evidence, and defects in Azure DevOps; establish clear relationships across artifacts.
• Design and execute a range of tests (positive/negative, boundary, API, integration, system, regression, UAT, data pipeline) and ensure reproducibility and defensible results; drive defect triage and release recommendations.

Most Important Technical Skills

• QA leadership with enterprise software experience; ability to supervise testers and drive delivery.
• Test strategy, requirements traceability, and coverage management (BRD/FR analysis).
• Automation experience (Playwright with TypeScript strongly preferred; Selenium experience acceptable).
• API testing and SQL/database validation; strong data validation capabilities.
• Azure DevOps (Test Plans, test cases, runs, dashboards); CI/CD, Git, and modern delivery practices.
