Royale Company - Immediate Porter/Maintenance Position

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to fill the role of Porter/Maintenance and contribute to the upkeep of prestigious properties in the NYC area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweeping, mopping, washing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs
• Vacuuming and using floor polishers
• Performing janitorial duties and minor repairs
• Emptying compactors and trash cans
• Clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways
• Maintaining positive relationships with residents, tenants, and staff
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
• Prior experience in cleaning and handyman work is a plus

Compensation: $16.50 - $18/hr
