Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with strong expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , including structured and manualized treatment approaches, to join our growing outpatient team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values evidence-based care, enjoys working within a collaborative psychiatric team, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, outpatient setting (Monday–Friday) 
• Focus on CBT and other evidence-based, manualized treatment modalities 
• Collaborative environment with psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing CBT and other structured, evidence-based modalities 
• Experience using Manualized CBT Highly Preferred
• Deliver manualized treatment protocols for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and related disorders 
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation 
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to support integrated patient care 
• Participate in treatment planning and case consultations as needed

  Qualifications:

• Active Alabama license as LPC or LCSW 
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience preferred 
• Demonstrated experience with CBT, including manualized therapy approaches 
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills 
• Commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-focused care
