The company has operations in the United States, Mexico, China, South Africa, and other strategic markets. 🔎 Key Responsibilities The position will have a comprehensive view of accounting and financial operations, combining responsibilities in General Accounting, Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Treasury , while working with different companies and business units. It is a privately held and entrepreneurial organization with businesses across multiple industries, countries, and currencies . Contribute to strengthening accounting controls and processes. Work cross-functionally with different companies and business units. Develop and implement the tax accounting strategy for the different companies. Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Manage intercompany transactions. Participate in consolidation and reporting processes. Process and control vendor invoices and payments. Perform bank reconciliations. Monitor cash and foreign currency transactions. Assist with cash flow projections. Manage loan and financial obligation payments. Provide support for audits and compliance. 👤 Requirements Professionals with a degree in Accounting or Finance . Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written — required.
