Are you a bilingual HR professional who enjoys working with people and making a meaningful impact? We’re partnering with an established food manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to join their team in a fast-paced, people-focused environment! This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of California employment laws, and experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation. Experience in food manufacturing, production environments, or working with union employees is a plus! If you're approachable, solutions-driven, and ready to grow your HR career with an established organization, we'd love to connect with you!
