Resumen del puesto Baker / Panadero (a):
Buscamos una persona con experiencia como Baker / Panadero(a) para encargarse de la preparación, producción y horneado de panes, pasteles y otros productos de panadería. La posición requiere seguir recetas y planes de producción, medir y preparar ingredientes, operar hornos, batidoras y otros equipos de manera segura, controlar la calidad, frescura y consistencia de los productos, mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada, y apoyar otras necesidades del área de Bakery según los requerimientos de la operación.
Se requiere atención al detalle, sentido de urgencia, capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de producción dinámico y disponibilidad para turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo entre las 6:00 a. m. y las 9:00 p. m. , incluyendo fines de semana y días feriados.

Requirements:Funciones y responsabilidades principales Baker / Panadero (a):
- Preparar y hornear panes, pasteles y otros productos de panadería conforme a las recetas y planes de producción.
- Medir, mezclar y preparar ingredientes con precisión para garantizar la calidad y consistencia de los productos.
- Operar hornos, batidoras, mezcladoras y otros equipos de panadería de manera segura.
- Controlar los tiempos, temperaturas y procesos de cocción para obtener resultados uniformes.
- Verificar la frescura, textura, apariencia y calidad de los productos terminados.
- Decorar, terminar y presentar productos de panadería cuando aplique.
- Rotar ingredientes mediante el método FIFO, controlar el desperdicio y mantener los suministros organizados.
- Mantener el área de producción, los equipos y utensilios limpios, organizados y en cumplimiento con las normas de seguridad alimentaria.
Requisitos del puesto Baker / Panadero (a):
- Experiencia previa como Baker, Panadero(a), Pastry Cook o en producción de panadería.
- Conocimiento de técnicas de preparación, mezclado, fermentación y horneado.
- Capacidad para seguir recetas, cantidades y planes de producción con precisión.
- Experiencia operando hornos, batidoras, mezcladoras y otros equipos de panadería de manera segura.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo entre 6:00 a. m. y 9:00 p. m. , incluyendo fines de semana y días feriados.
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados y levantar hasta 50 libras.
- Certificado de manipulación de alimentos vigente o disponibilidad para obtenerlo.
- Inglés y español preferido, pero no obligatorio.
