Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute break. Your Impact As a Warehouse Associate, you will be essential to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed with precision and dispatched on schedule. Core Responsibilities Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items using paper documentation. Prepare and stage shipments to ensure timely delivery. Verify and stock incoming inventory to maintain accurate records. Optimize warehouse organization to improve overall operational flow. Operate a sit-down forklift to help maintain a safe and efficient material handling process. Assist with general shipping, receiving, and inventory management duties. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility for all team members. Complete various warehouse tasks as directed by the Warehouse Lead. Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for everyone. Required Qualifications At least one year of recent experience in a warehouse setting. Proven proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift. Maintain high levels of accuracy to ensure customers receive the correct items. Demonstrate the ability to interpret and follow written work orders. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to support physical inventory tasks. Comfortable performing duties at heights reaching 25 feet. Self-driven work ethic that allows for consistent productivity without constant oversight. Maintain reliable attendance and consistent transportation. Commitment to upholding high standards of safety and quality. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience using stand-up forklifts or man-up order pickers. Background in logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory control. A quick aptitude for learning new product lines and inventory systems.
