Warehouse Associate / Forklift OperatorWe are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and material handling. This role requires experience operating a sit-down forklift and the ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a full-time temporary opportunity for dependable candidates who are committed to safety, attendance, and participating fully in the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesPick, pull, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipmentPack and organize materials for outbound deliveriesReceive, verify, stage, and stock incoming inventoryOperate a sit-down forklift to move and store materials safelyAssist with inventory organization and warehouse housekeepingRead and follow work orders and pick sheets to ensure accurate order fulfillmentSupport additional warehouse tasks as assigned by warehouse leadershipMaintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environmentFollow all company safety policies and warehouse proceduresRequired QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of recent warehouse experienceExperience operating a sit-down forkliftAbility to work at heights up to 25 feetStrong attention to detail and accuracy when picking ordersAbility to read and understand work orders and pick sheetsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong organizational skills and commitment to safetyAbility to work in a physically demanding warehouse environmentReliable attendance and professional communication throughout the hiring processPreferred QualificationsExperience operating stand-up forklifts or order pickersExperience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillmentProduct knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processesExperience in distribution or warehouse environments with high order volume
