A respected and highly successful Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm in Houston's prestigious Galleria area is looking for an experienced Trial Attorney ready to own a busy litigation docket, fight for injured clients, and maximize both justice and compensation.
This isn't a settlement mill. This is an opportunity to work alongside an accomplished litigation team that prepares every case as if it's going to trial. You'll have experienced paralegals supporting you, leadership that values your expertise, and a compensation plan that rewards outstanding results.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload
- Develop litigation strategy and prepare every case for trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
- Supervise paralegals and legal support staff
- Maintain exceptional client communication throughout the litigation process
- Deliver outstanding advocacy while achieving favorable client outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience
- Proven trial experience
- Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience handling:
- Discovery
- Depositions
- Motion practice
- Mediations
- Court appearances
- Trial preparation
- Strong leadership and case management abilities
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
- Passion for client advocacy and courtroom litigation
- Spanish bilingual is a strong plus
