Description - Your Daily Adventure

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-all in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate the accuracy of results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration for laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all procedures, train new staff or students, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Commit to maintaining a pristine and secure work environment, while adhering to all relevant regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
