This role involves processing various forms of payment, such as room charges, credit cards, and cash, and plays a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction during their Room Service experience.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good networking skills and a solid understanding of hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders over the phone and provide menu suggestions to guests.
