In addition, the BCBA serves as the professional who develops and implements ongoing services to the staff.Essential functions:Assist in the implementation of ABA programming on the specialized pediatric unitProvide supervision to the registered behavior technicians and behavioral health associatesTrain new staff on ABA techniquesKeep abreast of advances in treatment and set appropriate goals for self-improvementFacilitate daily team meetingsAttend staff meetings as required and complete all yearly mandatory in-servicesProvide direct services to the patients on the specialized pediatric unitConduct the appropriate assessments including ADOS and other specific assessments in a timely mannerParticipate in performance improvement activitiesFollow all hospital policies and proceduresMaintain license or certification in good standingFlexible schedule.
