Your role will include: Providing one-on-one support sessions andfacilitatinggroup activities Conductingtimely, high-quality patient assessments and documentation Engaging patients through recovery-focused activities Helping patients navigate treatment barriers and stay on track Assistingwith continuity of care planning in coordination with clinical staff Supporting family sessions, visitation, and community interactions Partnering with Recovery Support Specialists and clinical staff for seamless care Encouraging long-term recovery through therapeutic guidance and accountability Job Requirements: Education: High school diplomarequired;Bachelor’s in social work, psychology, or related field preferred Experience: At least 1 year in the substance use disorder or behavioral health field Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge: Familiarity with addiction recovery, DSM criteria, co-occurring disorders, and treatment processes Tech: Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Why Choose RCA?
