Marketing Executive

We're delighted to be recruiting a Marketing Executive on behalf of a well-established, multi-award-winning independent business based in Kettering. This newly created Marketing Coordinator role offers a rare opportunity to take ownership of marketing activity within a growing B2B organisation that is bringing its marketing function in-house for the first time. For an ambitious marketing professional, this is a chance to shape strategy, influence business growth, and make a visible impact across the organisation. Salary up to £40,000 per annum Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm 100% office-based role in Kettering Beautiful modern, open-plan offices Quarterly team lunches, summer and Christmas celebrations, and regular social events Opportunity to build and develop the marketing function from the ground up Duties and responsibilities Develop and deliver B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness and new business acquisition Create and manage website content, blogs, newsletters, case studies, marketing literature and industry updates Manage and grow the company's social media presence, with particular focus on LinkedIn and audience engagement Drive SEO improvements and enhance the organisation's online visibility and Google rankings Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using CRM data to engage different customer sectors Support PR activities, including charitable initiatives, trade shows and raising the profile of the SMT Provide marketing insight and guidance to help shape a cohesive marketing strategy and improve the speed and effectiveness of marketing activity Required skills and experience Extensive previous experience in a similar Marketing rolewithin a B2B environment Proven success in generating leads and delivering marketing activity that supports business development objectives Strong understanding of both traditional marketing principles and modern digital marketing techniques Experience creating engaging content across multiple channels, including websites, email marketing and social media Knowledge of SEO best practice and methods for improving online visibility and search performance Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across a business Proactive and enterprising approach, with the confidence to take ownership of marketing initiatives and contribute new ideas #J-18808-Ljbffr Propel Consult
