In this role, you will work closely as the primary support for one of the top attorneys, managing complex cases from inception through trial while helping the clients and community get to a better place. Responsibilities Supporting your primary attorney through all stages of the litigation process. Conducting thorough legal research and drafting key legal documents. Managing and organizing comprehensive case files and evidence. Assisting directly with discovery, trial preparation, and handling court filings. Coordinating seamlessly with clients and witnesses to gather vital information. Preparing professional exhibits and trial binders to ensure courtroom readiness. In this vital role, you will support the litigation process by managing the efficient, day-to-day progression of multiple cases. Key responsibilities include:Supporting your primary attorney through all stages of the litigation process.Conducting thorough legal research and drafting key legal documents.Managing and organizing comprehensive case files and evidence.Assisting directly with discovery, trial preparation, and handling court filings.Coordinating seamlessly with clients and witnesses to gather vital information.Preparing professional exhibits and trial binders to ensure courtroom readiness. Experience 0-1 years Skills Prior experience working as a primary partner or dedicated support to a single attorney. Strong familiarity with local Naples and regional Florida court systems. Qualifications Proven experience supporting the litigation process, managing legal documents, and handling discovery. Hands-on experience with court filings, organizing evidence, and preparing trial binders. High level of organization and sharp attention to detail to meet strict legal deadlines. Strong collaborative mindset with a positive, team-player attitude.
