Outbound Collections Representatives (Remote)

This is a work-from-home position. Our client is seeking Collections Representatives who live within 100 miles of South Jordan or reside in one of the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Indiana (within 100 miles from Chicago only), Missouri, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming

Our client operates multiple consumer lending brands, each with distinct offerings and customer criteria. They are looking for experienced collections representatives. Please see the details below:

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls to address customers with overdue loan payments.
• Work with customers to find solutions for overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and facilitate arrangements for bringing accounts up to date
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to overdue payments, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
• Maintain effective communication with customers, explaining the consequences of overdue payments and providing assistance in resolving financial issues.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and any other relevant information in Enova's database

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of outbound collections experience within a call center environment
• Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
• Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
• Multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

Work hours after training:
Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 4:45pm

*We only offer set full-time schedules (no part-time or flexible schedules).
