Remote Outbound Call Center Representative

Connecting with patients to promote preventive health measures, the full-time Remote Outbound Call Center Representative will make 100-150 outbound calls per shift, educating individuals about screening programs and supporting their health journey from a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients to discuss their screening kits and encourage participation Educate callers on the benefits of preventive health screenings and early detection Provide exceptional customer service while addressing concerns and ensuring positive patient experiences Required qualifications Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Experience or interest in a fast-paced outbound call center environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred) Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
